Purse: Morris, Sunglasses: Indiska, Wallet: Lindex, and my new love Iphone!

Makeup bag from Noa Noa, Travel mirror from YSL, Volume Lip Shine lip gloss from Gosh (I like it, because it's smooth and non sticky), E.L.F lip stick in the shade "Nicely Nude", Ren hand cream, Blistex daily lip conditioner, eye drops, and a clip for my hair.

And to freshen up my keychain i painted my house key (haha, almost forgot to type key) PINK :)

My worst habit...

is defenitly the fact that I'm a night owl. I'm trying to change it, but there's is something about those quiet hours after midnight when everyone else is a sleep. I listen to music, surf the internett, whatch the sunset from the balkony doors that I always keep open, and listen to my dog snoring and wiggleing around in her basket.

Mini me

Constitution day

May 17... OH, how I love that day :) Everyone out in the street, celebrating together, nice sunny weather, ice cream, flags, LOUD corps music, and the royal family greeting the children parades from their balcony :)

 

But best of all, I get to wear my national costume. My dear Valdres "bunad" that my mom made for me for my confirmation ten (!) years ago. It's the dearest thing I own.

 And the most akward part, that happens every year..... Taking photos with tourists. Kind of fun and flattering, but very akward :)

My yewlery

 I don't really wear alot of yewlery but here's a few of my treasures:

 My favourite earrings. The sparkly ones just mesmerizes the kids at work.

 Kortet laget jeg av et bilde jeg fant på google. Jeg printet det ut på et grovt tegneark for at det skulle se litt gammelt ut. Å, som jeg elsker silkebånd!

Lost in translation...

Okay, so I have to admit... Having to write in english has kind of kept me from blogging. I'm no way near being able to express my self in english the same way I do in norwegian. And I really want to blog, because I love writing. So... I'm going to switch over to norwegian. I have added the google translate button to my blog though, maby it'll work hehe :)

HOTD 2

 

Fishtail braids! Love this way of braiding :) Casual and cute I think. And they don't make you look like you're five like regular braids tend to. I work in a kindergarden so I need to have my hair out of the way, but I still want to show of the length. So braids are perfect! Fishtail braids also don't leave any weird curls wich is nice if you want to wear your hair loose when you get home.

HOTD 1

I feel like I need a little hair inspiration now that my hair has grown longer. So, I'm thinking of doing som HOTD's here on my blog :) Join me! I want to see how you do your hair. Here's my first:

I know it's slightly medieval hippie, but i like it :) You just put on a headband and tuck your hair into it.

Dress me up!

Yay! I get to dress up again :) My sister is arranging a Valentines party in February, and I have allready started my hunt for the perfect red dress. The pictures above are from her James Bond theemed birthday party. I feel like I've always avoided putting on a dress - you know... "My hips are to wide, my legs look wonky". You are more noticeable in a dress - and that is a little bit out of my comfortzone. But I'm over it :) Women should wear dresses more often i think. No matter size or shape. It's beatiful! So I'm whipping out my slightly wonky legs and looking forward to another great party.
